It Started in Lockdown
Like so many of us, the Covid lockdowns forced a pause — a moment to stop, reflect, and ask bigger questions. For me, that question was: why is it so hard to find skincare that is truly, genuinely natural?
As a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner, I had spent years understanding the deep connection between how we feel and how we care for ourselves. But the more I looked at the ingredients in the skincare products on my shelf, the more troubled I became. So-called 'natural' products that were mostly synthetic. Ingredient lists full of chemicals I couldn't pronounce. Labels that promised nature but delivered something far removed from it.
I wanted better. So I decided to create it myself.
The Research Begins
Coming from a scientific background, I didn't take this lightly. I threw myself into research — studying organic and botanical ingredients, understanding cosmetic formulation, and learning what nature had quietly been offering us all along.
My first trials were a revelation. The effectiveness of these natural ingredients was extraordinary. Prickly pear. Cacay. Carrot. Botanicals that had existed for centuries, quietly holding the power to nourish, protect, and transform skin — without a single harmful chemical in sight. Each trial deepened my appreciation for nature's extraordinary intelligence.
I spent nearly four years perfecting my formulations — testing, refining, and ensuring that every product I created would truly deliver results. Not just claims. Real results.
